Elvira Zufarovna Agliullina
Social entrepreneur and founder of two areas of activity: commercial sector and non-profit projects in culture and social support.
Originally from Mamadysh, Republic of Tatarstan, she currently resides in Russia (Moscow), Turkey (Izmit), and Thailand (Koh Phangan Island).
Elvira actively pursues her personal passions: traveling, alpine skiing, ice skating, yachting, and shooting. She is a regular attendee of the Bolshoi Theatre, enjoys ballet and opera, plays the piano, and has a keen interest in cinema. Constant self-development and the pursuit of new experiences reflect Elvira’s life philosophy: movement, emotion, and meaning in everything she does.

Elvira also develops the ANO (Autonomous Non-Profit Organization) in culture and arts "Talented People," which implements social projects supporting orphans through supplementary education and personal development. She also leads the "Job for Everyone" project, which assists in the employment of people with hearing impairments (ages 16−60), implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund.
For the successful implementation of social projects, Elvira was invited to SPIEF (St. Petersburg International Economic Forum) and to the plenary session with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
